We process and export high quality fresh and frozen fish products. Our product range includes fresh and frozen skinless fillets, fresh and frozen skin-on fillets, fish steaks, fish portions, fish loins, fish cubes, fresh and frozen H & G fish, fish maws and whole round gutted. The raw material is Nile Perch (Lates niloticus) from Lake Victoria, the second largest freshwater lake in the world.
